At Kainos , our Delivery Managers lead the successful end-to-end delivery of bespoke, greenfield software solutions for external customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own project delivery, governance, commercial performance, and client relationships, ensuring outstanding outcomes for both our customers and Kainos . You'll work closely with multidisciplinary agile teams to deliver high-quality digital products, while managing project financials, forecasting, risks, stakeholders, and team performance. Beyond successful delivery, you'll build trusted client partnerships, identify opportunities for growth, and help win follow-on work.
