Job Title: Architectural Sheet Metal Estimator Start Date: Immediately Salary Range: $85,000-$115,000/Annually DOE Position Overview: The Architectural Cladding Estimator is responsible for evaluating and estimating costs for exterior building envelope and façade projects, including architectural cladding systems, sheet metal, metal wall panels, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, and related specialty systems. This role develops detailed estimates covering labor, equipment, materials, fabrication, and complex specialty assemblies to support commercial construction and façade installation projects.
