Business Analyst (Investment & Corporate Banking) + Advanced English (Spain)

At Ready we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in technological projects within the financial sector, especially in corporate and investment banking. We are looking for a professional skilled in requirements gathering and analysis, functional solution design, and coordination with business and technology teams in an international environment. Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Prepare detailed functional designs to integrate the system with the remaining source systems. Define business processes and data flows, ensuring proper information traceability. Identify and document the data sources required for the solution. Work collaboratively with business, technology, and CDO (Chief Data Office) teams. Document functional system configurations and support solution definition. Participate in analysis, refinement, and validation sessions with stakeholders. Ensure requirements meet business needs and project standards. Collaborate on digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Over 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects. Experience in: Requirements gathering and analysis, Systems functional design, Functional documentation, Business process definition. Previous experience in the banking industry.
