About the Role At Jobsity , we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven Technical IT Sourcer to join our Technology Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and engaging top technology talent across Latin America, supporting multiple IT recruitment processes for international clients. We're looking for someone who goes beyond simply finding profiles. You should understand technical roles, know how to build effective sourcing strategies, and consistently deliver qualified candidates who match both technical requirements and business needs. What You'll Do Develop and execute sourcing strategies for multiple IT and technology positions across different levels of seniority. Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, ATS platforms, and other sourcing channels. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with active client openings and hiring priorities. Source candidates for specialized technical positions, including Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other technology-related roles. Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with technical requirements, relevant experience, and role expectations.
