Bookkeeper - Full Remote

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting Cube Care’s financial accuracy and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Financial Support Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process Customer and Vendor invoices. Track payements and follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections Assist with Budgeting and Forecasting: Providing financial data and analysis to help management make informed decisions Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and potential risks. Purchase Order Creation Financial Reporting Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits by providing financial records, documentation, and support as needed. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
