Customer Service Representative (Morning Shift)

The position includes schedule responsibility for the customer service operations and other customer service representatives. This is a perfect opportunity for those who want to work extra, for example alongside your retirement. In this role, you ensure a smooth and professional service experience for our customers, employees, and partners. You are the link between our employees, customers, and Job&Talent, and play a key role in driving the business forward. Working hours are Monday-Friday 05:30-09:00. DUTIES Receive and handle inquiries regarding staffing and other needs from our clients Handle sick leave reports and other matters from our consultants/employees Provide administrative support to the other organization/operations Have schedule responsibility for customer service, ensuring a working schedule for other customer service representatives to guarantee well-functioning customer service operations WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Wants to work part-time, for example alongside retirement or similar Is available for morning work
