The job As a Contact Center Agent (Buyer Agent) you will take care of the entire P2P (Procure to Pay) process related to the purchases assigned to you for various customers. The project requires a lot of focus on detail as well as analytical skills good decision-making and independent thinking. The agent has 2 major roles: the buying role and the expediting role.
