As a Front Office Technical Agent for this telecommunications and digital service company, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. In addition to solving technical questions, you will identify (and capitalize on) sales opportunities. You will mainly handle incoming phone calls and provide support and advice to customers on topics related to: Fixed and mobile networks Broadband and network coverage Television and Wi-Fi connection Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with issues such as: Account login problems GPS signal problems Poor Wi-Fi or TV connection Malfunctioning remote controls and more.
