The job: As a Contact Center Agent (Buyer Agent), you are responsible for the entire P2P (Procure to Pay) process regarding the purchases of various clients assigned to you. The project requires a high level of attention to detail, analytical skills, good decision-making, and independent thinking. The agent fulfills two important roles: the purchasing role and the follow-up role. In the purchasing role, you will: Interpret the client's briefing, search for suppliers, request quotes, and negotiate quality, price, quantity, payment terms, delivery time, and packaging, and place orders. In the follow-up role, you will: Follow up on orders and ensure correct and timely delivery, search for suitable solutions in case of problems, and handle administrative follow-up and process orders in the purchasing software system.
