The job: Are you always the one in your group of friends who plans everything and keeps an overview? Perhaps you can translate these qualities into your work in this position! As an Appointment Setter for this telecommunications and IT company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team. You will do this by contacting potential clients (prospects) and scheduling face-to-face meetings with an advisor from our company at the client's home. Discipline and regularity are important in this role. Your main responsibilities include: Contacting prospects from the database to generate interest in the company's services and scheduling appointments with the sales advisor; directly scheduling the made appointment in the advisor's calendar; converting cold leads into warm leads through interest.
