Job Description: Job Duck is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide administrative and paralegal support to a growing legal team handling estate planning, probate, and business transactional matters. In this role, you will help attorneys prepare for upcoming transactions, gather client information, produce legal documents, and customize contracts while supporting the firm’s existing staff. Your work will help reduce administrative workloads, strengthen document preparation processes, and ensure attorneys receive dependable support across multiple practice areas. The ideal candidate is friendly, kind, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining positive relationships with the team. This opportunity is well suited for a legal professional who can take ownership of assigned work and contribute meaningfully without requiring constant guidance or supervision.
