Job Description: Job Duck is seeking a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, the candidate will manage incoming leads, answer calls, follow up with prospects, and help create a professional and supportive first impression. The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking with people, building trust quickly, and guiding potential clients toward scheduling consultations. This position is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under a steady call flow, and takes initiative to keep client communication moving smoothly. The selected candidate will play an important role in helping convert inquiries into meaningful client relationships while supporting daily scheduling and intake operations.
