Job Description: At Job Duck , we are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in the firm’s growth. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly to intake leads, and ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided. Your day to day work will directly impact client satisfaction and conversion by balancing empathy with a results driven approach.
