Job Responsibilities: Act as a senior business analyst with a strong technical background, capable of translating complex business requirements into precise, development-ready technical tasks. Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and clearly document requirements. Decompose high-level business needs into actionable features, detailed functional requirements, and comprehensive implementation plans. Serve as the primary liaison between product management and engineering teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Mentor and guide junior business analysts, promoting best practices in documentation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
