Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead

As the Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead, you will own how Dynamics 365 supports JFD’s operations now and into the future. We are a small IT team, so this is a hands-on role: you will set direction and make architecture decisions, then build, administer, and support what you design. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities: Platform Ownership Serve as primary technical owner of Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse, accountable for configuration, customization, security, and system health. Design and build tables, forms, views, business rules, and process flows; manage deployments across Dev, UAT, and Production. Review and approve system changes, customizations, and integration designs. Own system jobs, duplicate detection, and data quality.
