The Role The Flight Operations Coordinator is responsible for the day-of execution and operational oversight of scheduled charter flights. This role serves as the primary coordination point between Fleet Scheduling, Crew Scheduling, Flight Crews, Maintenance Control, and Client Services to ensure every trip operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The Coordinator monitors assigned trips and aircraft, manages operational details, facilitates communication across departments, and proactively resolves issues that may impact trip execution — maintaining operational continuity, supporting recovery efforts, and ensuring a seamless experience for both flight crews and clients.
