Microsoft 365 Copilot Strategy, Governance & Extensibility Customer Engineer

Overview JDA TSG is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Strategy, Governance & Extensibility Expert to lead enterprise customers through the strategic adoption, governance, architecture, and extensibility of Microsoft 365 Copilot. This technical advisory and engineering role requires deep expertise across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Copilot, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Purview, Entra ID, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot extensibility frameworks. As a trusted technical authority, you will provide guidance on Copilot readiness, data security posture, permission models, information architecture, tenant optimization, and AI governance frameworks, ensuring organizations can deploy Copilot at scale with confidence. In addition to strategy and governance, you will serve as a technical leader for Copilot extensibility and customization , advising customers on extending Copilot through declarative agents, custom agents, Microsoft Graph connectors, Copilot Studio, Power Platform integrations, APIs, plugins, and enterprise knowledge integrations. You will help organizations define architectures that enable secure, scalable, and business-aligned AI experiences while adhering to enterprise governance requirements.
