Job Description: Job Title: Team Lead, Engineering Location: Remote | Canada Reports to: Director, Engineering – Professional Services Employment Type: Full-time This is a new vacancy About the Role: The Engineering Team Lead is responsible for technical project execution and owning team delivery outcomes, as well as day-to-day operational leadership of a multidisciplinary software development team. This role works closely with Business Unit stakeholders as an individual contributor while ensuring the efficient allocation, utilization, and effectiveness of Engineering staff. The Software Development Team Lead also works in close collaboration with the Software Development Manager to define, implement, and continuously improve best practices across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. You will directly influence delivery reliability, team productivity, and software quality by guiding day-to-day execution, removing blockers, and driving adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
