Job Description: Job Title: Senior Director, Procurement & Sourcing Location: Remote | USA Reports to: Chief Accounting Officer Employment Type: Full-time This is an existing vacancy About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Director/Senior Director, Procurement & Sourcing to lead our global procurement function, with a focus on driving efficiency, governance, and value across our technology, software, and indirect spend categories. Reporting to the VP, Finance & FP&A, this leader will shape sourcing strategy, oversee vendor management, and partner closely with business and IT leaders to optimize spend across regions. This role requires a mix of operational excellence, strategic negotiation, and stakeholder management, with an ability to navigate complex vendor ecosystems across North America and Europe. In this role, you will: Develop and execute the global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Lead sourcing for technology, software, and professional services, including enterprise systems, SaaS, and infrastructure contracts. Build and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, performance, and compliance. Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to optimize supplier lifecycle management and risk mitigation.
