OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in house lab development and demos, and one or more federal contracts. The Technical Architect will solve problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. iTech AG is looking for a developer with the skills needed to build solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will directly impact the client’s mission and iTech AG by modernizing and automating various customer processes. Additionally, iTech AG is looking for an architect who can support growth through consulting services including: business capture, customer demos, and proposal activities including orals as a subject matter expert, technologist, and proposal content creator with a focus on ServiceNow and IT modernization solutions. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support Demos and Sales Growth - Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes and advanced POCs to showcase unique solution differentiators. Engages in direct discussions with decision-makers during demo calls.
