OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM to support federal programs by designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions in secure, scalable, and compliant environments. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for implementing and supporting ServiceNow SPM capabilities including Idea Management, Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Goals Framework, Resource Management, IT Financial Management (ITFM), and Agile integrations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience across the SPM suite, with the ability to translate complex business and portfolio management requirements into scalable, maintainable platform solutions. This role requires collaboration with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and Agile delivery teams to modernize portfolio governance, planning, investment tracking, and enterprise delivery capabilities across federal organizations.
