OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a Program Director to support a federal enterprise ServiceNow implementation. The Program Director will be responsible for the coordination and successful completion of assigned projects and workstreams, overseeing all aspects of project execution from planning through delivery. The role will establish and manage schedules, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, coordinate resources, monitor performance, and summarize project progress. The Program Director will serve as a key interface among Government stakeholders, technical teams, business users, and iTech AG leadership to ensure work is delivered on schedule, within scope, and in alignment with contractual and mission requirements. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience and sound judgment to plan and accomplish goals, manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and lead the work of others in a dynamic federal IT environment.
