We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's Talent Acquisition Team, a U.S.-based provider of ABA therapy services. This role is ideal for a high-energy, target-driven person with a sales background who knows how to build rapport, sell an opportunity, and get great candidates excited to join the team. You don't need to be a career recruiter, but you do need drive, resilience, and a genuine interest in understanding the ABA industry and our client's business. You will start with resume screening and back-office recruitment support, with the goal of growing into conducting full candidate interviews and screenings. Please note this is not a commission-based role. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 12:00am SAST (subject to daylight saving time). Public Holidays: You will work on all South African public holidays. Compensated in line with the BCEA.
