Controller

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Controller to lead our core accounting function and strengthen our financial infrastructure and our team as we continue to grow. This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP while maintaining a robust system of accounting policies, controls, and processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with active involvement in day-to-day accounting operations with a strong bent toward people leadership. The Controller will partner closely with cross-functional leaders, support business scalability, and oversee critical functions including month-end close, payroll, indirect taxes, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities Financial Reporting Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely periodic financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes Enhance and optimize accounting and financial reporting systems Serve as NetSuite System Administrator (strongly preferred) Support revenue recognition and customer invoicing processes, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment Technical Accounting & Controls Establish and maintain well-documented accounting policies and procedures Research and provide guidance on technical accounting matters related to contracts and business agreements Design, implement, and monitor
