Location Preference: West Coast Territory Coverage: West Coast-focused account coverage with extensive travel throughout the region. THE ROLE The Technical Services Engineer is a customer-facing engineering role that connects technical expertise with commercial execution. The position supports strategic accounts by helping customers understand, evaluate, qualify, and successfully use Isola products. Working alongside Sales, Product Management, Quality, Operations, and experienced technical resources, the engineer builds practical knowledge of printed circuit board materials and applications while strengthening customer relationships and business acumen. This role is designed for an engineer who wants to grow at the intersection of technology, customers, and business. Engineer I and Engineer II placement will reflect the individual’s experience, technical depth, and ability to work independently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide responsive technical support to strategic accounts before, during, and after product evaluation and adoption.
