Software Project Manager (SAFe)

We are looking for a Software Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of a consolidated software service for a major client in an international environment. What are we looking for? A proactive profile to coordinate multiple Agile teams and serve as the communication bridge between development, architecture, product, and business. They will track milestones and releases, manage risks and dependencies, organize tracking and governance meetings, maintain reports and metrics, and act as Scrum Master for one of the teams. Essential Requirements: Over 10 years in software development environments, with a focus on Project, Delivery, or Program Management. Over 5 years with SAFe, coordinating multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Management of complex deliveries with multiple stakeholders, risks, and dependencies. Ability to understand technical conversations regarding cloud-native architectures (non-hands-on): AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, Java, Golang, Python, and CI/CD. Excellent English and Spanish. Residency in Spain. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-native platforms on AWS. Experience in regulated sectors: healthcare, medical devices, or IoT. Experience coordinating distributed teams. Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certifications. Residency in or around Barcelona. What We Offer: Permanent contract with IRIUM and immediate start. 10
