BMC Monitoring Engineer (TrueSight/Helix)

We are looking for an Observability and Monitoring Specialist with BMC TrueSight and BMC Helix Operations Management for a major client project. What are we looking for? A technical profile to administer and evolve the BMC Helix (current) and TrueSight (previous) monitoring platforms. Your tasks will include: Deploying and configuring Knowledge Modules (KMs) on PATROL agents; Designing monitoring for new services: thresholds, metrics, dashboards, and service views; Managing event policies: enrichment with CMDB data, correlation, deduplication, and noise reduction; Automating and integrating via REST APIs; Providing level 2 and 3 support to operations teams; Coordinating with infrastructure, applications, security, and CMDB teams, and producing KPI reports. Essential requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience with monitoring platforms; Implementation, administration, and operation of BMC TrueSight and/or BMC Helix. TrueSight: Presentation Server, TSIM, App Visibility, PATROL agent lifecycle and KMs, dashboards, service views, and advanced thresholds. Helix: Helix Operations Management, Helix Discovery, CMDB, event policies, and correlation and prioritization workflows. Ability to manage teams and interface with clients. Availability to work in shifts and take on on-call duties.
