COBOL Organic Analyst

We are looking for an Organic Analyst to join a stable project in the financial sector, participating in the analysis, maintenance, and evolution of applications related to the Assets area. Responsibilities: - Functional and technical analysis of banking applications. - Participation in evolutionary and corrective maintenance of systems. - Incident management and tracking. - Functional and technical design and documentation. - Support for batch processes and execution chains. - Collaboration with technical and functional teams for the continuous improvement of applications. Essential Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst or Developer in Mainframe environments. - Functional knowledge in Asset application accounting. - Experience with: - COBOL - Advanced SQL - JCL (Note: corrected from JABOL based on standard mainframe terminology) - Batch processes and chains - Analytical skills, autonomy, and problem-solving orientation. - Residence in Spain. Preferred Qualifications: - Functional knowledge of: - Factoring - Confirming - Loans - Mortgages - Guarantees - Linked operations - Experience in: - Control-M - Interpretation of logs and operational errors - Previous experience in financial sector projects.
