The Laboratory Project Services Coordinator supports clinical laboratory projects throughout the study cycle by coordinating day-to-day operations, tracking study performance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for our clients. What you will do: Coordinate study startup activities: meeting minutes, action item follow-ups, and protocol-specific laboratory documents. Support centralized laboratory monitoring and contribute to the implementation of protocol-specific requirements. Manage daily operational tasks such as site loading, Investigator Portal access, and kit shipping. Track study performance using monitoring tools to identify trends and escalate issues. Answer protocol-related questions and requests in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure communication with clinical sites.
