Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

To enhance the innovation level of our product portfolio, the CTO must collaborate with the management team to develop and plan the future portfolio, lead research and development for new projects, products, and processes, while supervising project development and execution, maintaining technical accuracy, and coordinating work with other managers and personnel. Specifically, the CTO is responsible for managing and controlling the following business functions: · Research and Development Office for vertical, inclined, and mobile products regarding mechanical and electrical/electronic design · Order development office · Product Management office · Project Management office regarding New Product Development (NPD). Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate activities related to the aforementioned functions. In particular: - Supervise and coordinate project management activities with specific reference to new product projects, aiming to ensure their success in terms of cost, quality, and timelines. - Be responsible for Product Portfolio Management; ensure that the existing portfolio maintains market competitiveness.
