Contract Recruiter- Commercial

The Recruiter plays a pivotal role in the identification, attraction and successful placement of top talent for current and future opportunities within one or more business units. This individual is responsible for identifying and promoting sourcing, interviewing and hiring best practices to align with business and customer needs. They drive timelines and promote various hiring initiatives including diversity talent attraction, recruiting programs, interviewing events, new manager trainings and strategic pipeline building. The Recruiter is a strategic talent partner and consultant for their customer group. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and consult with them regarding staffing best practices, trends, issues and challenges Partner with client groups and support teams to proactively identify needs, design creative recruitment strategies, and execute all phases of the hiring process including coordination of closing conversations and documentation with all applicants.
