Clinical Marketing Manager, Ion

Primary Function of Position Joining the Ion Clinical Marketing team is an opportunity to develop and execute national and regional strategic marketing initiatives that help hospitals turn their investment in Ion into successful, growing thoracic oncology programs at scale. This role offers the opportunity to lead highly visible events and communications initiatives, working directly with customers and sales teams to shape how lung cancer programs develop across the U.S. This individual will work closely with physicians, healthcare executives, operational leaders, and sales teams to identify successful local best practices and bring them to a broader audience through national and regional peer-to-peer programming. They will develop content and communications strategies tailored to these audiences, equip sales teams with tools to help customers put these practices into action, and create resources to help drive net-new patient volume to Ion programs across the country. They will own assigned initiatives from strategy through execution, with accountability for adoption, impact measurement, and continuous improvement.
