About the Position The Legal Operations Specialist (the “Specialist”) will support the General Counsel and the Legal, Compliance and Board Governance team (“Team”) by managing the Team’s operations, systems, workflows and administrative processes. The Specialist will coordinate legal intake, contract review, and vendor management questions, maintain legal and compliance systems and records, support board governance, manage outside resources and help track regulatory filings and organizational obligations. This role offers broad exposure to the legal and compliance function of international nonprofit organizations.
