Team Lead Accounting (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead Accounting (m/w/d) to join our finance team at the earliest possible date – full-time or part-time, with the option to work hybrid or remotely. These are your responsibilities: Together with our Head of Finance, you will assume overall responsibility for ongoing financial accounting. You will independently prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in DATEV. You will supervise and optimize our pre-systems (including easybill and Finway) and ensure smooth interfaces with DATEV. You will continuously develop and standardize our accounting processes with a focus on digitalization, efficiency, and meaningful reporting. You will monitor open items and manage as well as optimize our dunning process. You will work closely with our Head of Finance and act as a contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and internal departments. You will create financial reports and analyze relevant key figures as a basis for decision-making for management and executive leadership.
