As a Transcriptionist, you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the fidelity of key conversations, bridging communication gaps, and ensuring the archival of critical proceedings. Expect anywhere from 15-40 hours per week, depending on your preferences and the quantity of work you choose to accept. Responsibilities & Duties: Transcribe audio and video recordings of meetings, conferences, interviews, and legal proceedings. Review and edit transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Deliver 99-100% accurate transcripts requiring no rework. Perform regular quality checks on transcripts to ensure consistent accuracy and reliability, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly. Maintain strict confidentiality of all conversations and documents, adhering to privacy laws and company policies regarding sensitive information. Provide excellent customer service.
