As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of this mission, ensuring the fidelity of key conversations, bridging communication gaps, and ensuring the archival of critical proceedings. Responsibilities & Duties: Proofread transcripts of legal proceedings, witness interviews, body cam recordings, and other complex legal, virtual, and real-world interactions. Review transcripts for accuracy, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Ensure transcripts are compliant with applicable legal and customer-specified standards. Verify formatting guidelines and template rules are applied consistently across transcripts produced by multiple transcriptionists. Transcribe, re-transcribe, and correct transcripts that do not meet standards. Guarantee 99-100% accurate transcripts are delivered to the customer. Develop mastery of proprietary cloud-based transcription platform, and provide actionable feedback as needed to drive product improvement. Maintain strict confidential
