Technical Implementation Specialist II (HL7/DICOM/SQL)

Intelerad is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist II to lead the delivery of complex technical and workflow implementation services for our Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. Operating with increased autonomy, you will design integration workflows, configure and validate enterprise systems, and guide clients through complex go-lives. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Applications, and Workflow teams, and will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing implementation insights across the organization. InteleShare is Intelerad ’s medical image exchange platform, used by healthcare organizations to securely share imaging studies and related clinical information across facilities, providers, and care networks. This role will be part of the Technical Services group for the InteleShare team. Key Responsibilities Lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments, ensuring alignment with clinical goals and Intelerad best practices. Diagnose and resolve advanced technical and workflow issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure, both remotely and on-site. Partner with Project Management to drive system integration and functionality milestones, providing regular status updates to clients and third-party vendors.
