Oracle EBS Developer

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to work for our company. Summary: Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency. Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials. Familiarity with: DPAS / ELMS or similar asset management systems DLMS / CTAS or DoD logistics standards. Experience with automation of capitalization and asset accounting processes. Understanding of audit requirements (FIAR, NFR remediation, valuation & completeness). Develop and enhance A2R-related modules across Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, GL) and supporting asset/logistics systems (e.g., ELMS/DPAS). Design and implement Global Capitalization Interface and related automation components. Build and maintain RICE-FW components that interface (APSR ↔ DAI, ELMS ↔ EBS), conversions and extensions for asset data, reports for asset lifecycle tracking. Develop automation for bulk capitalization of assets, cost accumulation and transfer, depreciation and valuation processes. Implement and enhance journal import controls and accounting event triggers. Support integration to reduce, manual data entry, material misstatements, and timing delays in asset capitalization.
