This role focuses on translating customer business, reporting, and data-analysis requirements into accurate, scalable technical solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers within the Technical Delivery team to understand requirements and develop custom reports, dashboards, widgets, data models, configurations, and other platform-based solutions. You will also collaborate with Product Engineering and Design teams to evaluate technical approaches, resolve platform challenges, and ensure smooth execution.
