This role is ideal for a paraplanning professional who can independently convert complex client strategies into clear, accurate, and compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs). The successful candidate will work closely with advisers, implementation teams, research specialists, and leadership while contributing to process improvements and AI-enabled efficiencies within the paraplanning function. Key Responsibilities Advice Document Preparation Prepare complex Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs) for Australian financial planning clients. Develop advice documentation across: Superannuation Retirement Planning Investments Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) Personal Insurance Ensure advice documents meet compliance requirements and internal quality standards. Produce accurate, professional, and client-friendly advice documentation. Paraplanning & Technical Analysis Review client information and adviser recommendations to prepare comprehensive advice documentation.
