Tech Lead | Application Security

At INSSIDE, we are looking for someone to become the technical security reference for the entire digital transformation of one of our most important clients. This is a hands-on building role: establishing secure development practices by working alongside development and architecture teams on very high transaction volume platforms (wallets, payments, loyalty, and e-commerce). Work modality: Remote (with occasional on-site presence at the Olivos offices, CABA). What will your challenges be? Technical leadership and secure architecture: Act as the primary technical security reference for the company's digital products. Lead Threat Modeling exercises and technical reviews of architecture and design for new solutions. Define standards, patterns, and secure development best practices for the entire organization. Evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns from a security perspective, alongside Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Architecture. Provide technical support to internal teams and our main strategic vendor (Spain), and offer technical mentorship within the team. Secure SDLC and DevSecOps: Implement and promote the adoption of Secure SDLC across all digital initiatives. Define minimum security requirements for CI/CD pipelines. Supervise the integration and effective use of SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secret Scanning tools. Participate in code reviews and technical approval processes, managing exceptions and
