Job Description: insightsoftware is seeking a Managing Counsel, Employment, Disputes & Litigation to lead the company's global disputes and litigation function within the Governance, Risk, Compliance & Disputes (“GRCD”) team. This role has enterprise-wide responsibility for managing all disputes and litigation matters including commercial, IP, contract, vendor, regulatory, employment, and other disputes across insightsoftware 's global footprint of 40+ countries. While the role carries a broad, general disputes mandate, the successful candidate will be an employment lawyer by trade and will continue to serve as the company's principal resource on employment-related disputes and litigation, working in close partnership with Human Resources.
