It has used offshore administrative support for several years to manage scheduling, client communication, and day-to-day office operations, and currently relies on a small team of remote staff to keep the business running. About the role You will serve as the Operations Manager supporting a multi-location tree service operation, working to centralize performance data, document field processes, and strengthen day-to-day execution. You will build a unified KPI dashboard that pulls from the company's CRM and manual data sources, giving leadership clear visibility into how each location and crew is performing. Beyond the core operations work, you will document on-site standard operating procedures to support faster crew scaling as the business expands into new markets, and you will manage tasks, coordinate with employees and clients, and help stand up new systems as additional locations come online.
