We are looking for a Project Tech Lead (React + Node) passionate about taking on technical and architectural ownership of large-scale initiatives and projects. Your mission will be to define the technical direction and architecture of solutions, manage feasibilities and risks, ensure code quality, guide the development team, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to guarantee mission-critical deliveries with the highest standards. Your challenges and responsibilities (Your Mission) Technical Direction and Architecture: Lead solution architecture, service design, and integration patterns using React and Node.js, ensuring security, performance, scalability, and maintainability. Early Evaluation and Risks: Evaluate technical feasibility, complexity, dependencies, and risks in epics and initiatives from early stages. Technical Debt and Infrastructure Management: Identify, prioritize, and communicate technical debt.
