Technical Implementation Specialist

On behalf of our client, an innovative leader in AI-driven enterprise software, we are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to lead customer integrations and platform deployments. In this role, you will own the technical delivery of implementation projects, configure system connections, troubleshoot complex data flows, and partner directly with global enterprise clients to ensure seamless platform adoption. Schedule: Full-time (35–40 hours/week, Monday to Friday), working in the US Eastern Time Zone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST). Key Responsibilities: Configure, test, and deploy enterprise integrations between the platform and customer systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and modern authentication standards. Act as the primary technical point of contact throughout customer implementations, scoping technical requirements and aligning integration architecture with client needs. Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to assess the feasibility of custom integration solutions and workflows. Independently diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues by analyzing logs, request/response payloads, and system behavior, collaborating with core engineering on bug escalations. Manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously, proactively tracking timelines, identifying risks, and driving blockers to resolution.
