If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. The Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will work closely with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines across Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Business, and other functions. You will identify and engage relevant talent, manage early candidate communication and qualification, and coordinate suitable candidates for their first conversation with our TA team. What You Will Do Partner with TA Partners and Hiring Managers on role requirements and sourcing strategy. Source and engage candidates for a variety of technical and business roles. Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, online communities, referrals, social platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
