If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. The Role As Legal Counsel, you will own legal matters end-to-end—moving issues from question to resolution. You will collaborate directly with product, engineering, commercial, and marketing teams to turn legal requirements into workable agreements, product decisions, and operational processes. What You Will Do Contract & IP Management: Draft, negotiate, and maintain commercial agreements, licensing, creator/performer releases, terms of service, and trademark/copyright protections. Product & Business Support: Partner with internal teams to help launch products, structure partnerships, and resolve disputes involving our platforms and technology. Compliance & Trust & Safety: Address content complaints, privacy requests, consent requirements, age assurance questions, and payment provider compliance.
