Business Development - Regional Sales Manager

Position Description: As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies and operations across the US, including the support, coordination, and performance management of manufacturers’ representatives within assigned territories. The candidate must have 7 years or more experience selling. Additionally, you will manage your staff consisting of at least one ISR and FAE, partner with manufacturers’ representatives to drive territory growth, and work closely with other departments within the company i.e., Channel Management. The right candidate will be a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding history leading outside business development, regional sales teams, and representative sales channels.
