Salesforce Technical Lead - Vlocity

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to join our team. This role includes: Technical leadership of the Salesforce Developer team. Management of technical escalations. Definition of code and testing standards. Facilitation of technical dailies and Pair Programming sessions. Release management with a Zero Downtime strategy. Mentorship and professional development of the technical team. Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and technology providers when required by the project. 5-7 years of Salesforce experience (2 or more leading teams). Platform Developer II certification + 2 additional certifications. Experience as a Tech Lead in 2 or more insurance sector projects. Environment management and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Expert-level Apex and LWC. Complete OmniStudio. DevOps with GitHub/Copado. KPI management (Velocity, Quality) and estimation with Story Points. Language skills will be valued.
