Regular Data Engineer/ I

We are seeking a Regular Data Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing critical ETL processes to acquire data from various sources, analyze it, and deliver accurate reports to clients on a regular basis. This role requires a commitment to service availability 24/7, including on-call duties, to ensure timely and reliable delivery of reports with high confidence in the accuracy of figures. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring Checks: Perform regular monitoring of data processes to ensure smooth operation and identify potential issues. Incident Support and Solving: Provide prompt support for incidents, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving the production environment and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reliability. Failure Management: Proactively avoid and capture failures in data processing to ensure uninterrupted service. Communication & Documentation: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders and document processes, incidents, and solutions. KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators, including data set availability percentages, to ensure service quality. Tickets Management: Manage tickets by creating, assigning, following up, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
